I live nearby so can i visit you to take a closer look at your
coops?
A: All our coops are stored in flat packed boxes in our storage
units , and we don't have display models available for viewing,
unfortunately.
We did think of offering a 'show room' but because the majority
of our customers are too far away to benefit from a visit it doesn't
really make financial sense.
We instead have tried our best to make sure we give you great
description and clear pictures of the coops - and we also back
your purchase up with a 28 day guarantee should it not turn out
to what you were expecting.
Q: I am based outside England & Wales. Can
I still purchase ?
A: Yes, we do deliver to Scotland and Ireland but an extra delivery
charge will be added to your order during checkout. If you live
elsewhere and would like us to deliver , please contact us beforehand.
Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items are usually delivered within 2-3 days. For example: If you place
your order on a Tuesday evening, the order typically will be collected
from our warehouses on Wednesday morning and you can expect it
to be delivery to you on the Thursday or Friday.
Q: Can I collect my order?
A: We do not hold any stock at our office. All orders are dispatched
from our storage facilities and therefore we cannot accomodate
pick up from our offices or at our warehouse.
Q: How long do you typically take to reply to
an email?
We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 4 hr turnaround Monday
to Friday. If you do not receive an reply due to email problem
either side please call us or send us an email and leave your
number to call you stating that you have not received a reply
despite several email. Some Anti-virus software or active spam
filters can cause problem, so please be aware of this.
Q: I'm not going to be there when you deliver
my coop? What is going to happen?
A: You don't have to worry. If for some reason they come and
you aren't around when the courier arrives with your coop , what
will most likely happen is they will leave a card with the number
of their local depot. Just give them a call , and they will redeliver
free of charge but at a more convenient time for you.
Q: Is it possible to deliver it on saturday.
A: It is possible to arrange a Saturday delivery for you but
our couriers
charge us extra for this service, which we would have to pass
on to you. Contact us if you want us to arrange a special Saturday
delivery.
