Our 28 Days Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope
that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your
order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet
your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied
with your purchase, please contact
us.
We can only accept returns within the 28 day period provided
your purchase remains unused and in the original boxes; this includes
all original packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that
came in the box.
Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we have received the items (and provided they are unused
and in the condition we sent them) we will refund your money.
We recommend that you use a courier with a trackable shipping
method as we are not responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
We also recommend that you choose a courier that will insure your
returned items from loss or damage – just in case.
What if I received my order, but some items are
damaged?
If you receive your coop and it is damaged in any way, please
sign for the consignment as damaged. If when you open your consignment
and you find there is damage to your order please contact us immediately.
Please keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as
any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email
us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. We will
then file a claim with our courier company. We will usually send
you a replacement for the part that is damaged at our expense.
However , you must report any damage to us within 48 hours.
If reported beyond this, the assumption is made that the item
was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.
My delivery has some parcels missing what happens
now?
Unfortunately on very rare occassions parcels do sometimes get
lost in transit. This may be because a label has become detached
and the parcel is therefore unidentifiable. Rest assured that
should this occur we will work with our courier company to ensure
that the rightful owner is reunited a.s.a.p with their missing
parcel when this happens. In the case of partial loss you must
notify us immediately in writing within 48 hours of the delivery
date.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For
