Because my coop was delivered on Monday rather than the Friday as the courier promised I have not had time to erect it yet because I am working in London at present. However on the face of it everything looked OK but I will let you know later. The rest of the process with your company was very good I found everyone polite and efficient and if the coop comes anywhere near your service I will be delighted and would recommend you without fail. What I found very good was the fact you refunded my carriage charge because I said it stated free delivery when I first looked at your web page even though it had been removed when I ordered the coop some 3 days later. That type of gesture is not very found today and was very much appreciated.
