I can honestly say that dealing with your company has been stress free and really easy.

The chicken coop was delivered quickly and the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The booklets you have sent are very useful and a pleasant surprise

My overall experience with buying from Chicken coops direct has been very positive indeed. When my payment didnt go through at the beginning you called me and gave me time in which to pay. I would just like to say how impressed I have been with the speed at which my Kent Chicken Coop was dispatched! I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday!! It was beautifully made and my husband put it together in no time without the grumbling that usually ensues having to put together a “flat pack” item!! I also love the personal attention to detail in the Emails received before and after delivery. All I need now are some CHICKENS!!!

I’m totally impressed by the service you offer. Having spent a few days last week looking for the best offers for chicken coops which would fit our garden, we came across your web site.Your products looked really good and you could clearly see what you were getting. From placing the order this time last week, it was speedily delivered by the time stated on Tuesday morning. The quality of the coop is really good – screwed together rather than stapled and it has proper joints as well. My son has given it another coat of timber preservative and we have just asembled some of it tonight ready for installation tomorrow.

Hopefully by Wednesday, it will be home to two chickens and we can look forward to a new hobby and fresh eggs.

“I ordered the Sussex Chicken Coop online on a Sunday evening, and it was delivered on Tuesday morning – very impressive! The coop was packed very well, and I have been very impressed by the service and follow up – I paid extra to have the choice of the coop delivered in the morning or afternoon, so I could make sure I was in when it arrived. But I received a phone call on the Monday morning to tell me this was unecessary, as the delivery could be left without a signature in a pre-arranged secure place. This extra delivery charge was refunded without a request from me, and the coop was delivered as arranged. Also, I have received by email two really useful documents, “Keeping your Chickens Healthy” and “Getting Started”, both full of really helpful information.
The finish is good, and all the panels fit together well. I bought this coop as a replacement for an existing Ark, which hadn’t worked well – after assembly, I came back after dark to find the girls safely in the roosting area, so I’m hopeful that they will be laying by tomorrow!
I searched the internet long and hard to find the best replacement coop, and I can recommend that Chicken Coops Directoffer very good value for money, good service and good quality. A rare combination!”

The chicken coop was easy to put together and my chickens settled quickly into their new home. We have put the Chicken coop together, and are really pleased and impressed with
the quality of the coop.

The communication was excellent regarding the delivery, which was
incredibly quick, and the delivery driver was very nice too!

I would recommend you to others! I was really pleased to get a named
person contacting me, so quickly too.

One thing – my husband struggled with the size of the pictures on the
instruction sheet that was included – he found the detail difficult to
see…

The booklets you sent also, were a nice touch and very helpful. It was
nice to get a good after-sales service.

All in all, an excellent service and an excellent product!

I am very happy with the Chicken coop, it was easy to build (with no help from a man required!) and I am happy with the end result. It is so refreshing, in this day and age, to come across a company that treats their customers in such a valued manner. Your customer service has been excellent, answering all my queries and offering very useful advice, along with taking an interest in my new venture of keeping chickens.
