Your service was excellent – very friendly, attentive and efficient, thank you.
The Coop is well made, looks good and is relatively easy to assemble – I would advise using a cordless screwdriver! We would certainly recommend your company to other people. Two concerns – 1. We are a little worried that a fox could gain access through the base of the nesting box by pushing up the loosley secured base – is that the case – grateful for any advice. 2. The fixing for the hasp on the nesting box appears to be bent and doesn’t close (ie. the hasp will not close over the fixing on the rear of the box.)
Other than that everything is fine and we are very pleased with our new Dorset Coop.

Thanks for taking the time to write and give us your opinion on things.
The reason the nesting box floor is loose is mainly for ease of cleanliness, but i guess it could be lifted by a fox, although he’d have a bit of a job (I would imagine) actually getting into the housing area.
If you are concerned, then i would suggest putting a screw or two into the flooring to secure it to to nesting box. I think that way, should he try and nudge the floor upwards, and nothing happen, I doubt he would persist. With regards the hasp, a replacement is on its way to you!
