When will my order arrive?
Once you have filled out the delivery instructions form on our website and confirmed your delivery address we will ready your order for dispatch. If you have chosen the Express Delivery option (£17.95) then we aim to dispatch your order on the next available courier collection slot which is usually the next working day. Due to the large volume of orders we dispatch on a daily basis (over 100+) the cut off time for same day dispatch is 9am. Most orders are delivered in 1 to 2* working days after they have been dispatched. If you have chosen the Standard delivery option (£12.95) we usually dispatch your order within 3 to 5 days although if we can dispatch it sooner we will. Again orders are usually delivered 1 to 2* working days after they have been dispatched. We will send you a quick email, usually between 4 and 5pm on the day your order has been dispatched just to let you know that your order is on the way.
