Receive absolutely free delivery, when you use the special coupon
code during checkout!
Simply insert the code in the special: 'Discount Code' box that you will find
when you checkout and your delivery charge will be removed. This
offer only applies to England & Wales. If you live outside these
areas, we can still deliver your coop, however your delivery charge
will only be reduced by £10 when you use the code.
PLEASE NOTE: We only deliver orders to the Card
Holder's address.

How long will my coop take to deliver? If
you order before 12am (Mon – Fri) our aim is to process
your order and dispatch it the same day. If your order is place
after 12pm it will usually be processed and dispatched the following
working day. Once your order has been dispatched from
our warehouses you can expect your delivery before 4pm the next
day.
As a basic guideline you can expect your order to arrive 2 to
3 days after you have placed it with us.
What are your available delivery days?
Available days for delivery are Monday – Friday between
the hours of 9.00am – 4.00pm. Some items may be available
for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please click
here to email us with details of your selected item(s) and
we will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched
for a Saturday delivery.
Do you deliver to Scotland or Ireland?
Yes we do. We will however have to add our courier's delivery
fee to your order. Deliveries to Scotland incur an extra £39.95
and to Ireland £49.95.
Where will my chicken coop be shipped from?
All coops are in stock (unless stated) and shipped from our warehouses
in Dorset.
What happens if I'm not at home when the delivery
is made?
If nobody is available to accept delivery we will leave an attempted
to delivery card with details of the local depot for you to contact
to re-arrange delivery to the same address on a different working
day. Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery at
a specific time. You also have the option of collecting the item
from your local depot. You will need to bring the card they left
and one additional form of identification (such as a driving licence
or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent
to.
