Orders and Our Eco Coop Range.
If your coop is a “Pre Order” then our normal 2 –
3 day delivery times don’t apply. We give the estimated
dates you can expect your order to be delivered on the individual
product’s page.
Usually we will contact you about 7 to 10 days before the given
estimated delivery dates to let you know if everything is on schedule
and to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Our range of recycled plastic and eco friendly coops are made
to order and so take a little longer to arrive. There current
estimated delivery times are given on each individual product's
page.

1.Where can you deliver
to?
We deliver to England, Wales and the lowlands
of Scotland. We can also deliver to the Isle of Wight but there
will be an extra charge. We are unable to deliver to
the certain parts of Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of
Man, Ireland or N. Ireland due to the cost of shipping
our large products – sorry!
Scottish postcodes we can deliver to : All -
AB , DD , DG , EH , FK , G , IV1 - 1V2 , KY , KA (excluding KA
27 & KA 28) , ML , PA 1 - PA19 , PH1 - PH 18 , TD
We can deliver to the following postcodes but
there is an extra delivery charge (+£39.99) : IV3
- IV40 , IV52 - IV54 , IV63 , KW1 - KW14 , PA20 - PA40 , PH19
- PH40 , PH50.
We unfortunatly cannot deliver to the following
Scottish postcodes : HS , IV41 - IV51, IV55 - IV56 , KA27 (Arran)
KW15 - KW17 (Orkney) , KA28 (Millport) , PA41 (Gigha) , PA 42
- PA49 (Islay) , PA60 (Jura) , PA61 (Colonsay), PA 62 - 76 (Mull)
, PA 42 (Eigg) , PH43 (Rum) , PH44 (Canna) , ZE

2.Can you tell me more
or less what time of day my order will arrive?
While we would love to say we can give you a
specific time of day and guarantee your order will be delivered
at that time, unfortunately we can't. City Link – the company
who are responsible for delivering your order could deliver it
to you anytime during the day. It really all depends on the individual
driver and his pick up and drop off routes for that day.
They do offer guaranteed AM deliveries at an
extra charge of £19.95 per a consignment. If you would like
your coop to be delivered before 12 and don’t mind paying
their extra charge for their priority service then you can do

They also offer a Saturday delivery service but
judging by the price we get the impression they don’t particularly
like working weekends and so charge a hefty £39.95 per a
consignment! The option is available if you need it. To upgrade

3.Can I request a special
date?
Got a special date in mind that you would
like your coop delivered? Not a problem ... delivery can be made
on a specific day, and we do it all the time. Simply email
us after you order to bring it to our attention.
4.What if I’m out
when they deliver my order?
If nobody is available to accept delivery and
you have not instructed us to leave your coop in a special location
the driver will leave an 'attempted to deliver card' with details
of the local depot for you to contact to re-arrange delivery to
the same address on a different working day. In this case you
would need to contact them with in 24 hours to arrange a redelivery.
Please note: Each redelivery attempt costs
us in the region of £15!
This is one of the reasons we will hold onto
your order until we can get instructions about a safe and secure
location where the driver can leave your coop.
5.What happens if my order
arrives damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged and you are
there to sign for it, please sign using the word DAMAGED. Please
contact us as soon as you can.
If your coop was left as instructed and you find
that it was damaged then please contact
us within 24hours. We will need some sort of photographic
evidence of the damage so we can process a claim with the courier
company.We will usually send you a brand new replacement part
as soon as we know which parts it is.
6.What happens if part
of my order is missing?
If a box or boxes are missing or not delivered
please don’t worry. Contact us
as soon as you can and let us know and we will deal with the courier
company and find our why your order didn’t arrive. If it
turns out that it has disappeared into a black hole we will send
you a replacement asap. We will then put in a claim for the missing
box with the courier company where upon it will miraculously reappear!
7.Why do you need to reconfirm
my delivery date after I’ve ordered?
Our coops and big and bulky and very few
courier companies are interested in handling such large items.
The few of them that do charge a lot more than £8.95 to
deliver them around the country. The actual cost to us to deliver
a coop is between £20 and £30!
And we only get 1 chance to make the delivery!!!
If they arrive at your address and no one is
at home to accept deliver and there are no instructions to leave
the coop then they will ‘card you’, and attempt another
delivery usually the following day. For this they charge us
another 50%, which is around £10 to £15 more! If they
fail on a 2nd attempt then they return the coop to us and bill
us again for the return delivery.
People go away on holidays, have to ‘pop
out to the shop’ or have other things to do during the day,
so to be safe we don’t dispatch an order without a backup
plan - somewhere safe and secure that the driver can leave the
order should you not be in. Back to the top of
