- "I am impressed."
I am impressed with your customer
follow up. I'm not a first timer, but an older person, with
quite a lot of chicken owning behind me, but stopped for a
couple of years because of mole trouble, and got rid of a
heavy ark with seized up wheels. I think the design of the
Kent coop shows that you have sussed out several problems
I have encountered in the past. For instance the opening in
the top of the run.Thank you for such good service.
- "The main reasons for buying
with Chicken Coops direct was the quality that came across."
did alot of research before
settling on the Kent Coop. I had to wait for delivery for
a few weeks due to increased interest in chicken keeping,
but it was definately worth the wait. The delivery went very
well, the company were always very prompt at replying to any
e-mails I sent. One of the main reasons for buying with Chicken
Coops direct was the quality that came across, and I was not
disappointed. I am very happy with my new coop and would definatley
recommend Chicken Coops Direct to anyone who wants a quality
product, reasonably priced, with excellant service. Many thanks
again

- "The assembly instructions
were simple and straightforward."
I am happy to comment on my
experience with chicken coops direct. i recently purchased
their 'Kent coop' and found the whole experience simple, straightforward
and trouble free. I was kept up to date by their team through
each stage from purchase to delivery. The assembly instructions
were simple and straightforward and the coop was built in
a very short space of time with no missing parts (unusual
with many flat pack purchases nowadays) The quality was at
least as good as described and i now have four very happy
young chickens who have been in residence for just over three
weeks and have, last weekend, provided their first eggs. I
would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any
friends, family or indeed anyone looking for a hasssle free
way to purchase a good quality, good priced, coop for chickens.
-Thank you to the chicken coops direct team for a first rate
service!!!

- "We found the whole thing
so easy."
We bought the Kent coop and
run. We order this item on Saturday morning and it arrived
on the following Tuesday. We found the whole thing so easy
we received emails from chicken coops advising when the coop
and run would be delivered and found them very friendly. We
now have 3 Ex Bats happily living in there new home, and would
recommend Chicken Coops direct.

- "Its beautifully made, all
the holes in the right place and no missing screws or nuts."
I am delighted with the coop
and my hens seem to approve also. As someone who has in the
past battled with self-builds I must admit to some apprehension
before the goods arrived, but I was surprised and very pleased
at how easy it was to build the coop and the run. Its beautifully
made, all the holes in the right place and no missing screws
or nuts. It only required help of a friend when it came to
joining the run onto the coop. Otherwise it was all my own
work! It’s been a very positive experience shopping
with your company, all my emails have been replied to promptly
and I also appreciate the advice given on choosing and looking
after my hens.

- "The Kent coop also attracted
our attention because of the design."
We have been keeping chickens
for a good few years now and have began to breed our own.
We were looking for a secure coop to keep a mother hen in
with her chicks. Many of the broody coops on the market are
simply too small for a hen and her chicks and as a result
the mother hen gets stressed. Your Kent coop fitted the bill
perfectly. The delivery was prompt and the instructions easy
to follow. The Kent coop also attracted our attention because
of the design such as a pull out lined droppings tray and
easy access to the house and nest box. It will be ideal for
keeping the young birds in until they a big enough to mix
with the flock.

- "We were very pleasantly
surprised by the high quality of the wood and of the finish."
We received the Kent coop last
week and were very pleased that it arrived promptly and well
wrapped. We opened it up at the weekend to 'oohs' and 'aahs',
we were very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the
wood and of the finish.
I've seen other people's coops
and the quality of the finish on this one was so superior,
we've nicknamed it 'Cluckingham Palace'. We have found the
follow up emails that you sent, really useful and informative.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your site to anyone who is
thinking about getting chickens. Thank you very much indeed.
With best wishes Linda and Dominic Bradley
p.s. Our two little chickens,
Fabergé and Gertie, will be the most spoiled chickens
ever. I just hope it doesn't go to their heads!

Maintenance:
Our wooden coops are treated with a base coat of wood preservative.
This is a primer coat and as with all outdoor wooden structures,
particularly in our harsh weather conditions, we strongly
recommend that you treat your coop with a high quality wood
preservative prior to placing outdoors and that you re-treat
your hen house at least once a year (preferably before the
winter season) to maintain the applied preservative and water
repellent properties.
