Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered
and the service you select. If you are returning an item to us
any delivery charges incurred by us or you cannot be refunded.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify
you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order
and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your
order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Cancellation Right
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right
to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the
goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only
be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us
the goods you ordered.However, you are required to pay for the
cost of returning the item.
We will only accept returns after these 7 days and within the
28 day period (as stated in our 28 day guarantee) provided your
purchase remains unused and in their original boxes; this includes
all original packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that
came in the box. Please note that the customer is responsible
for return shipping. We reserve the right not to accept returns
with the 28 day period if they do not comply with our terms and
conditions.
If you ask us to arrange the return of your order on your behalf,
then we will inform you of the costs involved and if you agree
to this, and once we have received the returned items, and so
long as they comply to with our terms and conditions , and returns
policy, we will refund the cost of the item, minus and delivery
charges incurred by us.
Any dates specified by Chicken Coops Direct for delivery of the
Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall
not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified,
delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Should expedited delivery
be agreed, Chicken Coops Direct reserves the right to levy an
expedited delivery charge.
Subject to the other provisions of these Conditions Chicken
Coops Direct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential
loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure
economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of
goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses
caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of
the Goods (even if caused by Chicken Coops Direct's negligence),
nor shall any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind
the Contract unless such delay exceeds 180 days.
If for any reason the Buyer fails to accept delivery of any of
the Goods, or Chicken Coops Direct is unable to deliver the Goods
on time because the Buyer has not provided appropriate instructions,
documents, licences or authorisations:
The risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer (including for
loss or damage caused by Chicken Coops Direct's negligence);The
Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and Chicken Coops
Direct may store the Goods until delivery, whereupon the Buyer
shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including,
without limitation, storage and insurance);or Sell the Goods at
the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting any reasonable
costs and expenses in connection with the storage and expedited
sale of the Goods), charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the
price for the Goods.
The Buyer shall provide at the Delivery Point and at its expense
adequate and appropriate equipment and manual labour for loading
the Goods.If delivery involves difficult access to or at the Delivery
Point and/or the Delivery Point is located at an unreasonable
distance from any feasible vehicular access point, Chicken Coops
Direct reserves the right to levy an extra delivery charge.
We may deliver the Goods by separate instalments. Each separate
instalment shall be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the
provisions of the Contract.Each instalment shall be a separate
Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract
relating to an instalment shall entitle the Buyer to repudiate
or cancel any other Contract or instalment.
Website Usage
Chicken Coops Direct’s website is only intended for the
use by people resident in the United Kingdom. By placing an order
through Chicken Coops Direct’s site, the Buyer warrants
that: The Buyer is legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
and the Buyer is at least 18 years old; and the Buyer is resident
in, and is accessing Chicken Coops Direct’s website from,
the United Kingdom.
After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail from
Chicken Coops Direct acknowledging that Chicken Coops Direct has
received the Buyer’s order. Please note that this does not
mean that the Buyer’s order has been accepted. The Buyer’s
order constitutes an offer to Chicken Coops Direct to buy Goods.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Chicken Coops Direct,
and Chicken Coops Direct will confirm such acceptance to the Buyer
by sending the Buyer an e-mail dispatch confirmation verifying
that the Goods have been dispatched. The Contract between the
Buyer and Chicken Coops Direct will only be formed when Chicken
Coops Direct sends the Buyer the dispatch confirmation.
The Contract will relate only to those Goods whose dispatch Chicken
Coops Direct has verified in the dispatch confirmation. Chicken
Coops Direct will not be obliged to supply any other Goods which
may have been part of the Buyer’s order until the dispatch
of such Goods has been verified in a separate dispatch confirmation.
The Buyer’s order will be fulfilled by the delivery date
set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is
specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the dispatch
confirmation.
The price of any Goods will be as quoted on Chicken Coops Direct’s
website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices
are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect
orders in respect of which Chicken Coops Direct has already sent
the Buyer a dispatch confirmation.
Chicken Coops Direct is under no obligation to provide the Goods
to the Buyer at the incorrect (lower) price, even after Chicken
Coops Direct has sent the Buyer a dispatch confirmation, if the
pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably
been recognised by the Buyer as a mispricing.
The price of any Goods shown on Chicken Coops Direct’s
website may differ from the price of identical Goods appearing
in Chicken Coops Direct’s catalogues and brochures and Chicken
Coops Direct reserves the right to charge different prices for
identical Goods
