- Do you deliver to America, Europe or Australia
?
As much as we would like too, currently
we do not deliver to Europe, America, or Australia....
sorry!
- Where in the UK do you deliver?
We deliver to England, Wales and the lowlands
of Scotland. We can also deliver to the Isle of Wight but
there will be an extra charge.
We are unable to deliver to the northern parts
of Scotland, the Scottish Islands (including the Hebrides,
Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands), the Channel Islands, the
Isle of Man, Ireland or N. Ireland.
Scotish postcodes begining with: AB , HS , IV , KW, PA fall
into the regions where we can't offer delivery - Sorry!
If you are in doubt please contact us before
you place your order.
- How long does delivery take?
On average it takes 2 to 3 working days for
our range of wooden chicken to be delivered.
Please note: This does not apply to pre-orders of course.
The anticipated delivery date will be shown on the website
for the relevant coop if it is a pre-order. Confirmation of
the expected delivery date will be advised nearer the time.
Our Eco range of coops take longer than 2 to 3 working days
as they are made to order. Please check the individual products
page for more detail.
- Can a specific day be requested for delivery?
Got a special date in mind that you would
like your coop delivered? Not a problem ... delivery can be
made on a specific day, and we do it all the time. Simply
email us after you order to bring it to our attention.
Please note: If you require your coop to be delivered on a
Saturday or before 1pm during the week there will be extra
delivery charges involved. Saturday delivery charges are and
£39.95 and a guaranteed next day AM delivery would cost
an extra £15.95.
- What happens if I'm not at home to take delivery?
If nobody is available to accept delivery
and you have not instructed us to leave your coop in a special
location the driver should leave an 'attempted to deliver
card' with details of the local depot for you to contact to
re-arrange delivery to the same address on a different working
day. If you do not contact them immediately they will automatically
try to redeliver the following day.
Please note: Each redelivery attempt costs us in the
region of £15!
This is one of the reasons we will hold onto your order until
we can get instructions about a safe and secure location where
the driver can leave your coop.
- Can we collect / Can we come and see your
coops?
At present we do not have a showroom or keep
coops at our office, they are kept in flat packed boxes at
our warehouse, so it is not possible to view or collect direct
from us. (In any case, most coops are too large to fit comfortably
into a car.)
- Can i order over the phone
We cannot accept payments over the phone.
If you are having trouble paying online there are alternatives,
like paying by paypal or direct transfer. If anything, email
us with your questions and we'll sort something out.
If you have an email adress from:
freeserve.co.uk or fsnet or orange please
leave a number we can contact you on as often our email responses
to these addresses will bounce (not go through).
