- Do you deliver to America, Europe or Australia
?
As much as we would like too, currently
we do not deliver to Europe, America, or Australia....
sorry!
- Where in the UK do you deliver?
We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom
but deliveries to Scotland, and the Isle of Wight incur an
extra charge. These charges are:
Delivery to Scotlish Highlands ( : £56.95
Delivery to Isle of Wight : £15.95
We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands (including
the Hebrides, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands), the Channel
Islands, the Isle of Man, Ireland or N. Ireland
- How long does delivery take?
If you order before 12am (Mon - Fri) our aim
is to process your order and dispatch it the same day. If
your order is place after 12pm it will usually be processed
and dispatched the following working day. Once your
order has been dispatched allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery,
though in most cases delivery is next day.
Please note: This does not apply to pre-orders of course,
the anticipated delivery date will be shown on the web site
for the relevant coop if it is a pre-order. Confirmation of
the expected delivery date will be advised nearer the time.
- Can a specific day be requested for delivery?
Got a special date in mind that you would
like your coop delivered? Not a problem ... delivery can be
made on a specific day, and we do it all the time. Simply
enter details in the box provided for instructions regarding
delivery/special delivery instructions during checkout. You
can also email us after your order to bring it to our attention.
Please note: If you require your coop to be delivered on a
Saturday or before 1pm during the week there will be extra
delivery charges involved. Saturday delivery charges are £39.95
and a guaranteed next day delivery (AM/PM) would cost £15.95.
- What happens if I'm not at home to take delivery?
If nobody is available to accept delivery
your courier will leave an 'attempted to deliver card' with
details of the local depot for you to contact to re-arrange
delivery to the same address on a different working day.
Having your order redelivered to the same adress is free of
charge. However, if a 2nd attempt is made and you are not
at home to accept the delivery then the coop will be returned
to us.
Very Important Information: If your order is returned
to us because a 2nd delivery attempt wasn't successful, we
are afraid that you will be required to pay the full delivery
charge to have your order redelivered. This is in the region
of £20 if you live in England or Wales, more if you
live elsewhere in the UK.
Alternatively, you could ask a friendly neighbour to sign
for your order or leave instructions of somewhere safe that
your coop can be left.
- Can we collect / Can we come and see your
coops?
At present we do not have a showroom or keep
coops at our office, they are kept in flat packed boxes at
our warehouse, so it is not possible to view or collect direct
from us. (In any case, most coops are too large to fit comfortably
into a car.)
- Can I Pay with Paypal / Maestro or Solo Card?
We do offer the facility to pay via Paypal
which also accepts Maestro and Solo. To do so decide on the
exact coop you want to order (including any accessories) and
then please contact us using the form below and tell us that
you wish to pay via Paypal / Maestro / Solo. We will then
send you a link to a special page where you can place your
order.
- Can i order over the phone
We cannot accept payments over the phone.
If you are having trouble paying online there are alternatives,
like paying by cheque or direct transfer. If anything, email
us with your questions and we'll sort something out.
