That said, we’re not able to take card payments by phone.

All of our payments are securely processed online using Stripe and PayPal, which means we don’t ever see or handle your card details ourselves.

This is actually one of the safest ways to pay, and the same approach used by many well-known UK retailers.

If you’re concerned about ordering through our website, please don’t be. Our checkout is fully encrypted and designed to keep your payment details secure at every step.

If you’d rather not place an order online, that’s absolutely fine too.

We’re happy to accept payment by bank transfer (including BACS), which can be done easily using your own secure banking app, or by cheque instead.
We’ll send you our bank details if this is your preferred payment method.
