Yes, you’re very welcome to collect your order from our storage facility in West Moors, Dorset.

Please contact us before placing your order or travelling to collect, so we can make sure everything is ready and someone is available when you arrive.

We’ll also provide clear directions to help you locate us easily.

If you’ve already placed an order through our website and would like to collect instead, please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop it being dispatched.

Please note that we don’t have card payment facilities at the depot. You’ll need to either place your order online in advance (any delivery charge paid at checkout will be refunded), or bring cash to pay on collection.

Collections are available Monday to Friday, between 10:30am and 2:30pm, by prior arrangement.

Collection outside these times or at weekends isn’t possible, as our warehouse team aren’t available.
