Like most online businesses, we use third-party courier companies to deliver our orders.
The good news is that you don’t usually need to be at home to receive your delivery. Most of our customers aren’t.
Where it’s safe to do so, we’ll ask the courier to leave your order in a safe place if no one is in at the time of delivery.
If you’d prefer your order to be left in a specific location, or if it isn’t safe to leave parcels unattended, please contact us before your order is dispatched so we can pass your instructions on.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to update delivery labels or courier instructions.
If your order is already on its way and you’d like to give guidance to the driver, we recommend leaving a clear note on your door with your instructions.
