We use trusted third-party couriers to deliver our products across the UK. In almost all cases everything runs smoothly, but the very occasional delay or split delivery can happen.
Most of our larger items are packed in two or more boxes, which means they can sometimes be delivered separately.
This is usually caused by a box being mis-sorted by the courier or delayed somewhere along its route from us to you. When this happens, it almost always sorts itself out quickly, with the remaining box or boxes arriving within a day or two.
There’s no need to worry if only part of your order arrives at first. In most cases, the outstanding items follow shortly afterwards.
If you haven’t received your outstanding box within two working days after the first was delivered, please get in touch and let us know. We’ll follow it up with the courier and do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
